I’m a somatic healing facilitator specializing in psychedelic integration. My work is trauma-informed and follows the wisdom of the nervous system.
I am so passionate about this work because I know what it’s like to search for answers—to do the work, gain the insights, and still feel like something isn’t fully landing. For years, I thought healing was only about understanding the patterns, but no matter how much I learned, I kept bumping into the same edges. My body still felt stuck, even when my mind knew better. It wasn't until I worked with a somatic facilitator that the healing finally started to land.
Since beginning to offer somatic healing work, I've undertaken additional studies such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a somatic specialty, and Psychedelic Integration Facilitation, as taught by the ICEERS Academy.
The training that has impacted me the greatest has been with the Shanenawa Tribe from Acre, Brazil. Their way of being has rewoven my sense of belonging—teaching me that we are always together, even when we are apart. Healing isn’t something we do in isolation; it moves through us collectively. This work has given me more patience, more understanding, and a deeper capacity to hold both myself and others. Healing isn’t just something I do anymore. It’s something I am. And it is my greatest honor to support others in finding that same sense of home within themselves.
