In each session, you'll practice the tools you need to navigate emotions in real time, building the muscle memory to respond with awareness instead of old patterns. With specialized, one-on-one attention, sessions are tailored to your unique needs, helping you create meaningful change right away. We offer weekly or bi-weekly sessions to support consistency, safety, and lasting transformation.
