Individual sessions are for those ready to stop spinning in circles and start moving forward. This is the most direct, supported path to uncover what’s been holding you back—and to shift it from the inside out.

In each session, you’ll practice how to respond to emotions in real time, rather than react from old patterns. With guided somatic exercises and relational support, we’ll get under the surface to work with what’s actually driving your stuckness.

We begin with a 4-week trial container—one session per week—to help you experience the work firsthand. From there, clients continue in 3-month arcs of support based on individual need and theme.
